Printing of course pages and resources is permitted for the personal use of the registered participant only.

OnLineTraining Ltd is registered under the Data Protection Policy at the Information Commissioner's Office.

Where a course place is purchased, payment for the course place(s) may be made by credit card, PayPal or requested invoice, in full prior to commencement of a course. Access to courses is immediate once payment has been accepted.

Cancellation procedure:

  1. Cancellation period: Notice of cancellation of any course must be given within 24 hours of course commencement
  2. Cancellation Fee: Unless you cancel a course within the Cancellation Period, cancellation will incur a cancellation fee based on the following:
    1. If you cancel where up to 10% of the course has been accessed, you will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total price payable by you
    2. If you cancel where 10% or more of the course has been accessed, you will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total price payable by you

You are responsible for ensuring that your computer system meets all relevant technical specifications necessary to use the courses and/or website, are compatible with the courses and/or website, and are capable of running the courses and/or website content. See the Help page for minimum system requirements.

Further you are responsible for ensuring that you have taken all reasonable steps to protect your computer equipment and software from malicious damage caused by third party virus or malware attack.

Although OnLineTraining Ltd has taken steps to ensure that email and any other methods of electronic communication are virus free, we can take no responsibility if a virus is actually present and you are advised to ensure that the appropriate checks are made. OnlineTraining Ltd can accept no liability for loss of data or damage through misuse.

These Terms (and all disputes, whether contractual or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales to which jurisdiction the parties hereby irrevocably submit.
